  1. connecting family and church. I’ve been providing families with devotions that pair with what we are learning on Sunday’s. Not sure how to follow up with families.

    1. Hi Heather! Connecting family and church is definitely a trend as many ministries are becoming more ‘Family Ministry’ focused. It’s great that you provide a tool for families to use at home. Do you have a Facebook page for your ministry? If so, that might be a great way to engage families about how they’re using the devotions. You could post something like, “Did your family complete this week’s devotion? If so, what were some takeaways?” or “Post a pic of your family using this week’s devotion.” You could do this through any social media outlet, such as Twitter or Instagram. You could also consider having a family who uses them teach other families how to use them. Great way to acknowledge families and build connections. Hope these ideas help!   2. A trend that I am seeing more and more is definitely more technology and media base lessons being used in kidmin…

  6. I see a trend of more and more kids coming to church every other Sunday because they travel between two homes.

    1. That’s very true, Pam. We experience the same thing in our ministry.
